Feeling really mad !!!!!!?

ok my parents are making me mad ok so in skwl i had my phone in my pocet (just in case u nvr no what can happen) and it fell out and the friggin teach picked it up and o got a detation and my moms the 1 who told me to keep it in my pocket and shes lyk i nvr got a deation in my life and ur only 13 and in lyk woah mom chill ok im not perfect no bodys perfect and now she and my dad i know thye think im a dissopiment to them i mean uggh idk please help
