Would i be able to drive a (real skyline not that impostor GTR) R34 GTR in California with dealer plates?

with kaizo industries pretty much going down i was wondering would i be able to import a R34 in california and drive it with dealer plates?im currently in the process of getting my dealers license here in california and im not sure if they're any other methods to get it here legally
