Will I get zero if I use blue pen when the instruction told me to use black pen only for IGCSE exam?

My black pen ran out of ink and i only had blue ones left (they are pretty dark tho)... but they reallly emphasized that black pen must be used.. Are they going to penalize the whole paper? :'(
