Is a hard spot right under belly on automatically a sign of pregnancy?

I have noticed a hard spot directly below my belly on, and it's starting to worry me a bit. I had my period on time last week. I know it wasn't implantation bleeding because it wasn't light and wasn't pink it was red, and also lasted about 5 days. Normally my periods last between 5-six. Anyway, i have no other symptoms of pregnancy such as fatigue, or sore . It seems to be hard from where i had described up to where my rib cage is. Ad below that is normal and like squishy. My stomach well it's kind of hard to explain but feels bloated or pressured or something close to that. I can easily push on my stomach and move it when i do it makes a sloshy sound or a gurgle. Im a very paranoid person, im not quite sure what could be the issue, but could i be pregnant? I know it's a lot to read but your help would be appreciated, thanks. :)
