HELP, wierd playback in after effects!?

It proably is your camera, after a file has been corrupted, you need a good program to fix it, I would suggest you start recording in raw qaulity, and apply effects on a computer with a backup of the original file, in case there is a problem with applying the effect which means you'll have to rewrite the effect in a command prompt. For the original file, get a better editor, i suggest adobe 7 photoshop and premier combo. Do not apply effects on your camera, pros actually do everything in raw so they can do much better and detiled effects on a computer.
