I want to place photos in to the body of the email not as an attachment?

I have hotmail and yahoo and neither of them let me send an email with the photos in the actual email, like a newsletter, not as an attachment, exp: when i receive emails from companies say a holiday firm it has all the information plus photos and other info, how can i do this? do i have to buy a separate program.... please help
