Boyfriend paprecuts my leg?

He says it was a joke , he put a pieace of card next to my leg and proceeded to move it down my leg quickly- I retaliated by kicking him out the way! He blew into a rage, screaming it was my fault and that I had overeacted..He left my room and came back - several times saying sorry then blameing me..What would you do ?........
