How do I get my girlfriend to appreciate me more?

sup everybody im 14 years old and been with my girlfriend for over a month but we've dated about 8 times. In the beginning it was great we were all over each other. But after that it seems she dont care n e more. I would hug her and shell walk away. I would tlk to her and shell ignore me and go to her GUY friends. She talks to her GUY friends wayy more than she talks to me. I dont get, i dont know what to do n e more. i want to know how to win her back. Let her loved me like she used too. ='(
