How Would You Prefer The Checks and Balances To Be?(Dem or Rep President, Dem or Rep Congress, etc)?

Well, as of right now, it'd be good to have a Republican President for a conflict of interest to a Democratic Congress, even though I'd like to see a Split Majority in both the House and Senate. As for the Judicial Branch, it's be nice to have Republicans in power since they know more about punishment than do the Democrats.
