I gave him my heart and all he did was tore it up :[?

I liked this guy and my friend told him without me knowing and he doesn't like me. My friend told him to tell me stuff like, ur pretty, ur hair is soft and straight, and give me hugs. When she wasn't here to tell him that he gave me a hug and am like i think he is actually liking me. Also he gave me a hug and not his best friend (a girl whose my best friend) a hug. So i tought he started to like me. Then he started to act mean to me and he just broke my heart.Today i was looking at him and he turned around and saw me looking at him and i just turned around. He acts nice to me sometimes but then mean to me. What do you guys think?Best answer gets 10 points
