NTL = 17 .99 per month for 1 meg ???

Hi I currently pay this for my broadband and have just seen the new offers that they have on. 2 meg for a tenner , 4 meg for 17 quid. For obvious reasons I am a bit naffed off cause I am payin nearly double for only half of what they have on offer at the moment. I know I have a contract with them , about 3 months left to run on this but was wonderin has anyone else tried to get a better deal from them or has any advice thanks .?
