Poll: Who would win in a fight, a Retarded Zombie or a highly developed Mutant?

A zombie with super retard strength is nothing to scoff at. While its shambling around flailing its arms and shouting about chocolate milk the mutant will be so dumbstruck he will be unable to retaliate. And when he finally does his hits will do nothing but spurn on the zombies retarded rage as he hugs and drools all over him.
