Were just friends but.....?

ok there is this guy and i think i like him but im not sure yet (that sounds so stupid i know) but sometimes i think he might like me as more than just a friend. But at the same time.......it could just be he considers me a really good friend. He will do things like play with my hair, play with my feet with his feet under the table, when i am doing my work and i look up he will be staring at me then when i look at him he looks away, walk slow when i am behind him and i push his back to make him go faster and he will laugh and go even slower, he will take something of mine and hold it in his had and then when i grab his hand to get whatever it is back he will smile and laugh and say ooo are you trying to hold my hand? i will laugh and say no that i was just getting my stuff back and he will be like if ur sure and i will be like oh i am and we wll laugh. So do you think he likes me or just considers me a good friend?
