Whats this movie called?

theres this movie i watched the other day but i cant remember what it was called.. the movie started with this girl & guy in a bathroom stall and they were makin out and stuff and the girl was like really drunk and they were makin out nn stuff then she throws up. then she calls her sister (who just finished havin wit some dude &is laying down in bed n whateva) to come get her and bring her back home. the drunk girl lives with her dad and stepmom and the sister lives in a condo or apartment er whatver. and when they get to their dads house, the stepmom kicks the drunk one out cuz shes always doin that kinda stuff. so she goes live with the sister. &the sister has like a giiillionnnn shoes in her closet(but never wheres them) and well.. one part.. the sister is kinda sorta 'dating' this dude and he goes to her apartment er whatva to give her flowers but she isnt home, her sister is there(the drunk one) and answers the door and then the other sister comes home and finds them 2 havin .. and so she kicks her sister out and she goes find her grandma that they havent talked to in like forever since their mom died and she lives wit her at this old folks home community thing. and she gets a job by shopping for all the old ladies. anddd uhmm.. i duno anymore on the top of my head. so does anyone know the name f this movie?
