You need to reach out and help your friend. Ask to go with her to the kids pediatrician. Once in the office ask the doctor what he suggest she could do to get help with parenting. Then list to him the things you just mentioned. You may lose a friend but you may save those babies lives. If no one is listening then this may be a route you have to go. If she doesn't have a pediatrician for the kids then look in the phone book and call one close to you. Talk to the nurse and she will advise. Good luck and don't give up on those kids if you really think they are in danger. You may lose a friend but you will be these children's guardian angle.
