Fantasy Trade - El Caballo for Bedard?

I have been proposed the following trade in my fantasy baseball league: Carlos Lee for Bedard. My pitching is garbage so I need a solid pitcher like Bedard in my rotation. My other outfielders right now are Bay, Dunn, Soriano, Damon, and Carlos Quentin. My starting pitchers are J. Vazquez, Lackey, Cain, Wellmeyer and Snell. What do you guys think?
