FFXIII Versus on the 360 and Kingdom Hearts III (not birth by sleep)

Okay so since FFXIII will come out both on the 360 and PS3 what about Versus XIII? and kingdom hearts III (not birth by sleep) will there be one or is birth by sleep the 3rd installment and if it does come out is it going to be on PS3 or 360 and if its on the Wii they just ruined the game.
